Jared Scott is the National Training Manager for SEW-EURODRIVE USA, where he leads learning and development initiatives across the organization. With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, training, and leadership development, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Motion + Power Manufacturers Alliance. Jared is the founder of Authentic Leadership Solutions and the author of Edge Over Ego and Authentic Leadership: What Really Works. Outside of his professional work, he is actively involved in community service and supports several local nonprofit programs.
